Financial Analyst Position

We are seeking a qualified Senior Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the financial records and reports of our organization. Your strong understanding of accounting guidelines, particularly IFRS-15 and IFRS-16, will enable you to accurately maintain financial records and reports, prepare and generate monthly financial analysis reports, and have a strong understanding of the intricacies of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, and other financial transactions within an organization.
The successful candidate will be able to recognize revenue as per IFRS 15 and CSI policies along with updating detailed revenue report monthly. Additionally, they will review all costs and invoices to ensure prepaid costs and accruals are posted correctly at each month. The Senior Accountant will also recognize new leases and maintain lease schedules as per IFRS 16.
A key aspect of this role is maintaining monthly BS Reconciliations with supports, monthly upload local statutory accounts TB, and monthly reconciliation of local statutory accounts (Italian GAAP) to management accounts (IFRS). You will also maintain and update bank transactions on a weekly basis along with a detailed review for any cash surplus or deficit.
This position requires a professionally qualified accountant with minimum 3 years of professional experience. A strong understanding of accounting guidelines, particularly IFRS-15 and IFRS-16, is strongly preferred, and acquisition accounting is a plus. You will be able to manage and prioritize competing deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
