Job Overview:
The successful candidate will oversee the administrative department, ensuring seamless operations and efficient support to all stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Manage a team of administrators, providing guidance and mentoring to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate with government agencies, suppliers, and vendors to maintain smooth business operations.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and office maintenance to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance administrative processes and improve overall departmental performance.
- Collaborate with external partners, such as WAPDA, Police, and other agencies, to facilitate business activities.
- Oversee the provision of pool cars, bill scrutiny, and distribution to various cost centers.
- Arrange passports, visas, and hotel reservations for both local and overseas travel.
- Register and insure company vehicles, ensuring their maintenance and availability for use.
- Take initiative to make the administrative department an efficient facilitator and undertake any additional tasks assigned by the Executive Management.
- Team Leadership: Guide and develop administrators to achieve high standards of performance.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Foster collaboration between departments to ensure seamless workflow.
- Logistics and Supply Chain: Oversee procurement, transportation, and maintenance of office equipment and supplies.
- Communication and Liaison: Develop effective relationships with government agencies, suppliers, and vendors.
This role requires a highly committed professional with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, who is able to work effectively under stress conditions. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential. Proficiency in using MS Office applications, Windows, and Internet is necessary. The ideal candidate should possess a strong work ethic and be client-oriented.
