Account Executive Job Description

The Account Executive role involves telephone and email prospecting to qualify and process marketing leads for the sales team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Qualify and process marketing leads through telephone and email prospecting.
  • Prospect into SMB customer accounts to identify incremental sales opportunities.
  • Create new opportunities in CRM and work deals to closure.
  • Navigate conversation flows to uncover business needs and position solutions.
  • Maintain accurate activity logs in CRM, including call activity, notes, and emails.
  • Convey summarized key findings from phone conversations with the marketing team to refine communications.
Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in outbound B2B sales (SDR, BDR, or Business Development roles).
  • Demonstrable SaaS sales experience is essential.
  • Exceptional phone communication skills and ability to understand different buying personas.
