**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a seasoned Operational Project Manager to lead our project coordination efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with various teams to organize, execute, and deliver projects according to predefined timelines.
  • Offer strategic direction and oversight to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure that applications are designed and implemented successfully, meeting project specifications and requirements.
  • Promote a collaborative and innovative environment among team members, fostering accountability and teamwork.
  • Facilitate code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure the quality and sustainability of code.
  • Identify potential project risks proactively and take measures to mitigate them, resolving any development issues as they arise.
  • Lead with integrity and professionalism, setting an example for team members and upholding standards of excellence in project coordination.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years of professional experience in coordinating projects.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and clients.
  • Proficiency in project coordination methodologies and tools for planning, scheduling, and resource management.
  • Results-driven approach, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meeting quality standards.
  • Adaptability to handle changing project requirements, priorities, and constraints.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Experience in stakeholder coordination, including managing expectations, resolving conflicts, and fostering relationships.
  • Strategic problem-solving skills to identify and address project risks, issues, and challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and individually.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
