Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Content Creator and Social Media Strategist to develop and implement our social media strategy across various platforms. This role will play a key part in building our online presence, engaging our audience, and driving organic growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and Execute Social Media Strategy: Develop a social media content calendar aligned with our goals, including post frequency, themes, and brand messaging.
  • Content Creation and Curation: Design engaging and creative content, including graphics, videos, and written posts. Ensure content is optimized for SEO and tailored to each platform.
  • Engagement and Community Management: Build and foster a strong community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and participating in relevant conversations.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns and overall engagement. Provide regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the content and SEO teams to ensure social media content aligns with overall marketing goals and SEO strategies.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the digital marketing or SEO field. Key skills include proficiency in social media platforms and tools, strong knowledge of SEO principles, content creation skills (graphic design, video editing), and excellent written communication.

Key Skills:
  1. Proficiency in scheduling and analytics platforms like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  2. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva for creating visually engaging content.
  3. Basic to intermediate skills in video editing software like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or mobile-friendly tools like InShot.
