Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a Customer Service Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and providing them with exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate with stakeholders for timely delivery of goods and services.
- Respond to customer inquiries via all communication modes.
- Handle customer complaints according to established procedures and service standards.
- Communicate with customers and vendors regarding customer developments.
- Maintain updated customer profile information.
- Acknowledge new orders by email and forward to the Central Order Desk if missing.
- Check customer order information and resolve unclean orders in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with relevant teams for new item setup and finance for new customer account setup.
- Release data in the system as per customer order forms and share layouts with customers for approval.
- Share Proforma Invoices and daily dispatch details with customers.
- Assist supervisor in investigating CCRs and ensuring adherence to SOPs and Business Rules.
- Bachelor's degree with 4-5 years of experience in handling corporate customers.
- Active Listening, Communication, Empathy, Patience, Responsiveness, Emotional Intelligence, Integrity, Analytical skills, and Time Management.
