Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Web Developer and SEO Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing and developing custom WordPress websites using Elementor & Elementor Pro.

You will work on exciting projects with a talented team and have the opportunity to optimize website speed, responsiveness, and performance. Additionally, you will customize themes and child themes as per project needs, manage, install, and update plugins safely, and debug and resolve front-end and back-end issues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design and develop custom WordPress websites using Elementor & Elementor Pro
  • Customize themes and child themes as per project needs
  • Optimize website speed, responsiveness, and performance
  • Manage, install, and update plugins safely
  • Debug and resolve front-end and back-end issues

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

Experience

Minimum 1 year of hands-on WordPress/Elementor experience

Skills

  • Proficient in WordPress core functions and hooks
  • Familiarity with popular WordPress themes (e.g., Astra, OceanWP, GeneratePress)
  • Understanding of SEO principles and tools (Yoast, RankMath, etc.)
  • Experience with website speed optimization tools (e.g., GTMetrix, PageSpeed Insights)
  • Familiarity with web hosting environments and DNS management
  • Comfortable with FTP, file manager, and phpMyAdmin
