This role requires a highly skilled and dedicated individual to connect our paint products directly with consumers through effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategize and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement marketing plans to promote our paint products directly to consumers. Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Foster Strong Customer Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with contractors, painters, and retail partners to drive sales and brand loyalty. Offer personalized recommendations and support to customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Provide Expert Product Guidance: Develop in-depth knowledge of our paint product range and provide guidance on product usage, application techniques, and maintenance to customers.
  • Coordinate Inventory and Logistics: Monitor on-site inventory, manage stock levels, and work with the logistics team to ensure product availability. Coordinate product replenishment to maintain stock levels at customer locations.
  • Analyze Customer Feedback and Market Trends: Collect customer feedback and market insights to inform product offerings and marketing strategies. Regularly report sales data, customer trends, and feedback to management.
  • Maintain Safety and Compliance Standards: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and comply with all health and safety regulations during site visits.

As a successful candidate, you should have:

  • Proven Sales Experience: 1-2 years of direct sales experience, preferably in the paint, construction, or related industries.
  • Strong Industry Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of paint products, application techniques, and market trends. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with customers and partners.
  • Ability to Adapt and Achieve Results: Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing customer needs. Strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals.
