Senior Functional Consultant Trainer
We are seeking an experienced and certified professional to lead our training programs for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions on functional aspects of the software.
- Develop customized training programs tailored to client needs.
- Provide expert consultancy services to clients, helping them implement and optimize Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants and trainers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- MB-800 certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a functional consultant and trainer in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Proven experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
- Strong understanding of business processes and how they can be optimized using Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging training programs.
- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior consultants and trainers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop course materials and curricula for training programs.
- Design and administer examinations and assessments to evaluate trainee performance.
- Stay updated with the latest developments and updates in Dynamics 365 Business Central and incorporate them into training materials.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote training programs and consultancy services.
