Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, e-learning technologies, and project management. They will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of digital learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership & Innovation: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital learning strategy that integrates cutting-edge instructional design methodologies and emerging educational technologies.
  • Digital Learning Development & Implementation: Oversee the design and development of digital courses, e-learning content, and interactive modules, collaborating with faculty members and subject matter experts (SMEs) to transform traditional course content into engaging digital learning experiences.
  • Technology & Platform Management: Manage, administer, and optimize digital learning platforms to ensure seamless user experience.
  • Training & Faculty Development: Develop training programs for faculty and staff on best practices in online and blended learning, providing ongoing support for faculty in course design, instructional media development, and assessment strategies.
  • Assessment & Continuous Improvement: Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for digital learning initiatives, analyzing learning analytics and feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize learning experiences.
