This role involves driving revenue growth by bidding on Upwork projects and nurturing client relationships.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will focus on generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Bidding Strategy: Identify, bid, and manage projects on Upwork, with a strategic focus on securing high-quality contracts across various domains (web development, design, mobile app development, etc.).
  2. Clients Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing outstanding customer service, regular follow-ups, and prompt communication.
  3. Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to expand the client base, increase revenue, and meet sales targets.
  4. Technical Expertise: Leverage your technical knowledge to craft compelling proposals, effectively communicate with potential clients, and provide tailored solutions based on their needs.
  5. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and client preferences to identify new business opportunities.
  6. Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to ensure profitability while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  7. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on sales performance, bid success rates, and project outcomes. Analyze trends to optimize future bidding strategies.
Qualifications:

The Ideal Candidate Should Have:

  1. A proven track record in sales, preferably in the IT/Tech sector or as a Business Development Executive.
  2. Strong experience and success in bidding and winning projects on Upwork.
  3. Technical knowledge of software development, web development, mobile applications, and/or design.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. The ability to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
  6. Self-motivation and a results-driven approach, with the ability to work independently.
  7. Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
