Business Solutions Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Solutions Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our business analysis group, you will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and defining solutions that meet business and technical needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and clients to gather and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear and concise Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, and User Stories.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in existing systems and processes.
  • Define Acceptance Criteria and Use Cases for software features and enhancements.
Process Analysis & Enhancement
  • Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Work with teams to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Facilitate process mapping and re-engineering initiatives to drive business efficiency.
Team Collaboration & Communication
  • Act as a liaison between business teams, software development teams, and quality assurance teams to ensure effective communication.
  • Ensure technical teams fully understand the business context and functional requirements.
  • Regularly meet with stakeholders to track requirement progress and resolve conflicts.
  • Prioritize features based on business impact and technical feasibility.
Agile Methodologies & Data Analysis
  • Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies, contributing to Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Daily Standups.
  • Maintain and update Product Backlogs to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Assist in defining and refining Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for software solutions.
  • Support decision-making through data analysis and requirement validation.
User Experience (UX) & Testing
  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to deliver intuitive user experiences.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in defining test cases.
  • Work with Quality Assurance (QA) teams to ensure software meets business requirements.
