**Job Overview:**

This is an exciting opportunity to work in the field of network and system administration. As a Network and System Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving customer issues through email, phone, and remote support sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement, test, and troubleshoot network configurations.
  2. Work with various networking vendor equipment including CISCO, Ubiquiti, Ribbon, and others.
  3. Track and monitor all services and tools such as Zabbix, Netbox, and others.
  4. Develop and maintain network documentation/diagrams for network implementations.
  5. Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot VOIP phones and related services.
  6. Manage, administer, and troubleshoot CISCO Catalyst switches and ISR appliances systems.
  7. Collaborate with virtualization technologies i.e., VMWare, Citrix, and Hyper-V.
  8. Configure and manage Active Directories and server roles.
  9. Set up and maintain Google Workspace, Exchange, IIS, SharePoint, Print Servers, and SQL.
  10. Ensure client software and servers are up to date.
