We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated professional to fill the role of Junior Visa Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with visa application processing, document verification, and customer support, ensuring compliance with all immigration regulations and internal procedures.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Review and process visa applications
    • Verify applicant documents for accuracy and authenticity
    • Communicate with applicants regarding requirements, status updates, or additional information
    • Maintain accurate records and files
    • Provide support and information to applicants via email, phone, or in person
    • Follow all relevant immigration laws and policies
