Job Description

As a Territory Manager, you will be our front-line leader responsible for managing distributors and trade operations in your designated territory to ensure effective distribution and achieve sales targets.

You will drive business growth by uplifting competitive visibility in stores, coordinating with distributors and customers, and negotiating joint business plans. Additionally, you will plan and manage eRTM routes for DSRs, support digital transformation strategy, and have acumen for financial matrices.

The ideal candidate should have strong business and financial acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI. You should also be able to strategize and execute plans with strong analytical skills and accountability.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Drive business growth through effective distributor and customer management
