Job Description

The Finance Executive role is responsible for providing comprehensive financial support to projects, encompassing vendor payment, bookkeeping, invoicing, cash collection, project and indirect cost management, budgeting, and financial reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date books of accounts.
  • Collaboration in the preparation of Monthly Management Reports and development of financial models.
  • Administering and managing payroll, including deductions and bonuses.
  • Development and management of budgets, forecasting financial performance, and provision of insights to support resource allocation and planning.
  • Assistance with financial set-up and close-out of projects.
  • Preparation of project and program financial reports and basic financial analysis.
  • Review of monthly financial reports and project financial records for inconsistencies and verification of all expenses are properly charged.
  • Ensurance of compliance with tax regulations and coordination with external tax advisors for accurate and timely filings.
  • Provision of budget support to proposal teams.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years experience in finance strategic IT sales planning, business development, and business process improvement.
  • Graduate degree in a related field.
  • Ability to understand and navigate through complex political environments.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.
