Business Growth Specialist

As a Senior Marketing Strategist, you will lead cross-functional teams to drive sales and revenue growth through data-driven marketing initiatives. You will develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that meet performance targets, focusing on lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue expansion globally.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive measurable results.
- Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor marketing teams to ensure they collaborate effectively to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Campaign Management: Design and coordinate conversion-driven campaigns across multiple channels to optimize customer acquisition and retention.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, refine ad creatives, optimize conversion rates, and maximize return on investment (ROI) using analytics and A/B testing.
- Global Market Expansion: Develop strategies for international expansion, accounting for cultural nuances and regional market dynamics.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 7 years of experience in marketing leadership, with a strong track record in both digital and traditional marketing environments.
- Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that drive sales and revenue growth.
- Team Management: Demonstrated success in managing and mentoring diverse marketing teams to achieve performance targets.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of digital marketing tools, analytic platforms, and campaign optimization techniques.
- Experience with performance marketing and lead generation strategies.
