  • Lead the entire app lifecycle from concept stage to delivery and post-launch support.
  • Ensure best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Experience with Android SDK, Java, NDK, Kotlin, and API integration with Retrofit.
  • Proven work experience in developing VOIP applications and working with Firebase products like authentication, real-time database, and storage.
  • Design, develop, code, test, and release iOS apps in alignment with business goals.
  • Ability to switch among multiple projects, improve code quality through unit testing and automation, and perform code reviews.
  • Understand UX and UI design to effectively translate end-user requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or software engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience as a developer on both Android/iOS platforms.
  • Prior experience of developing VOIP applications on either platform.
  • Ability to manage projects and lead teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and good verbal and written communication skills.

This role requires regular attendance at the office. The standard working hours are 10am-7pm, Monday to Friday.
