Job Overview

We are seeking an Advertising Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advertising and media, with excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Campaign Development
  • Collaborate with department heads and staff to discuss campaign strategies and product promotions.
  • Gather and analyze market research data to inform campaign development.
Media Procurement
  • Negotiate contracts with advertising agencies and media outlets.
  • Select suitable advertising channels, including radio, television, print, online, and billboards.
Ad Production
  • Review and approve ad layouts and designs.
  • Initiate market research studies to analyze consumer behavior and preferences.
Pricing Strategy
  • Develop pricing strategies that balance business goals with customer satisfaction.
  • Meet with clients to provide marketing and technical advice.
Team Leadership
  • Direct the hiring of advertising, promotions, and marketing staff.
  • Supervise daily team activities and ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements

Education: Masters or Bachelors degree in Advertising or Media Studies.

Experience: 3-5 years in a similar capacity with a strong track record of public relations.

  • Ability to make swift decisions and solve problems quickly.
  • Effective leadership and supervising skills.
