Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Procurement Support Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will provide critical support to the Head of Department in managing company purchase orders and delivery status.

You will be responsible for reporting to the Manager of Procurement and ensuring that all tasks given by the Head of Department are accomplished in a timely and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, and analyzing data to inform procurement decisions.

">Key Responsibilities">
  • ">
  • Manage company purchase orders and delivery status in collaboration with the Head of Department.">
  • Report to the Manager of Procurement and maintain open communication channels.">
  • Accomplish all tasks given by the Head of Department in a timely and efficient manner.">
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.">
  • Analyze data to inform procurement decisions.">

To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in procurement or a related field.">
  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.">
