We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Operations Manager to join our team in Sargodha. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for the on-site supervision of construction and maintenance projects.
Key Responsibilities- Project Coordination: Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets the required quality standards, including conducting regular site visits and monitoring progress.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects, including potential delays, cost overruns, and quality issues.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, contractors, and other team members.
Additional Responsibilities: Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management, participate in project meetings and site visits, and contribute to the development of project plans and schedules.
Requirements- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as civil engineering or architecture.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in project management or a related field.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of project management principles, practices, and tools; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment; and strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
