Job Overview
Director Human Resources And AdministrationWe are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Human Resources and Administration department. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing all HR-related activities, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with at least 15 years of experience in a leadership role. You will be able to communicate effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders, and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Masters in Business Administration (MBA), preferably in HR from a well-reputed recognized national/international university
- At least 15 years experience, out of which 5 years in HR/Administration/operations in a leadership role at a reputable organization
- Experience in the Healthcare Sector will be preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deal with diverse stakeholders
- Sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure
