We are seeking a diligent Book Keeper to accurately record and maintain our financial transactions. This encompasses daily journal entries, reconciliations, and account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter financial transactions in a timely manner
  • Monthly reconcile sales taxes, payroll taxes, 401k, and bank accounts
  • Monitor financial reports and identify areas for enhancement
  • Process accounts receivable and payable with precision
  • Support the accounting team in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports
  • Maintain a secure and organized financial filing system

The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of bookkeeping principles, excellent data entry skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Experience with bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks or Xero is highly desirable. A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is also an asset.
