Senior Software Developer

Eon Patient Management identifies patients with disease risk and streamlines clinical decision analysis.

The Senior Software Developer plays a pivotal role in solving complex technical challenges, designing scalable software, and ensuring high-quality code.

Effective communication is crucial as they document design decisions, share knowledge across teams, and engage with stakeholders to align on product goals.

  • Solve complex technical challenges within your domain, providing high-quality code that serves as a reference for junior engineers.
  • Take ownership of tasks, evaluate and balance risks, and improve infrastructure and systems.
  • Lead the design, coding, testing, and documentation of software solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to propose solutions, participate in discussions, and mentor junior engineers.
  • Document design decisions and complex system usage to ensure knowledge sharing across teams.

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer with a proven ability to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • Solid Expertise in Node.js and Angular, with proficiency in additional programming languages such as Python and C++.
  • Strong knowledge of both relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
  • Experience with system monitoring tools and automated testing frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of tackling complex technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly document design decisions and engage with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
