Job Description

The Customer Service Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our delivery schedule, from receiving orders to delivering goods to customers.

This includes maintaining accurate records, managing files and documents, and providing administrative support to other teams.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Customer Service Supervisor will also be expected to assist with customer inquiries, provide support across various departments, and help maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including filing and archiving of stocks and delivery documents.
  • Assist with customer inquiries and provide support across various departments as needed.
  • Support projects and daily operations by providing administrative assistance and managing files and documents.
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and customers.
