Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute Facebook ad campaigns to boost engagement and expand our readership base.
  • Create and manage landing pages, email sequences using AWeber to foster connections and drive book sales.
  • Craft high-quality book reviews and light edits to ensure consistency and quality standards.
  • Format e-books and print books according to publishing guidelines (training will be provided if necessary).
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity) to enhance content creation and streamline workflows.
  • Implement automation workflows using no-code platforms like Zapier or Integromat to improve operational efficiency.
  • Take on various ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the smooth running of operations.
  • Create simple graphics and promotional materials, if you have basic design skills (Canva or Adobe experience preferred).
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in Marketing, Communications, or related fields is a plus.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Digital marketing experience, especially with Facebook Business Manager and AWeber.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation (e.g., ChatGPT) and no-code automation (e.g., Zapier).
  • Strong English proficiency for reviewing, editing, and creating marketing content.
  • Basic design skills are a bonus (Canva or Adobe tools).
