Senior AI Engineer

About the Role:

This is a pivotal position in crafting, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions that tackle intricate business challenges. As a seasoned expert in AI engineering at our organization, you will spearhead assigned AI projects, optimize AI models for real-world applications, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into production systems.

You will work alongside data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to build scalable AI architectures. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers, ensuring best practices in large language models, deep learning, and software engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust AI/LLM models and algorithms tailored to business needs.
  • Deploy Transformer-based models into production, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Monitor AI model performance, conduct regular evaluations, and retrain models as needed to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
  • Design and implement end-to-end scalable pipelines for AI/ML projects, ensuring seamless data flow and model deployment.
  • Conduct code reviews for junior developers, providing guidance on best practices, clean code, and scalable architectures.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and align AI solutions with business goals.
  • Mentor and guide junior AI engineers and data scientists, sharing knowledge on best practices in machine learning, deep learning, and software engineering.
  • Document AI development processes, model performance metrics, and technical specifications for both internal and external stakeholders.
