Responsibilities:
">- Maintaining client-reported accuracy targets while ensuring green performance indicators for Quality Control data sampling results
- Maintaining dataset timeliness goals per defined key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Reducing client-reported errors, human mistakes, timeliness errors, and process/procedural errors
- Designing and executing strategies to reduce year-over-year backlog
- Developing and enhancing the profile of employees at the entry level of Data Analyst in partnership with People teams
- Working on the professional development of Data Analysts to make them capable of executing tasks with utmost diligence, accuracy, ownership, and professional maturity
- Developing the second line of Operations leadership by enhancing their ownership, visibility, and decision-making ability
- Driving the core operating culture of Quality, LEAN, Agile, Automation, Execution, and Client First at all levels
- Developing and executing a mechanism to measure effectiveness of onboarding and trainings
- Ensuring career development plans are created for every individual and audited by at least one skip-level leader
