ERP Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Functional Consultant to lead and deliver end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of finance, supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing modules, and experience in ERP consulting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver full-cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O from requirement gathering to post-go-live support.
- Manage the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of ERP solutions with minimal supervision.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis, ensure system alignment with business processes, and optimize configurations.
- Provide user training and post-implementation support to ensure seamless adoption.
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices, Microsoft Sure Step methodology, and compliance standards.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring strong relationships and positive feedback.
- Understand client's business processes and recommend optimizations using Microsoft D365 F&O.
- Advocate for adherence to best practices and standards, supporting clients in ERP adoption.
- Ensure customers value the consultant's expertise and hold them in high regard for solution delivery.
- Work closely with functional teams, technical consultants, and project managers to ensure successful project execution.
- Support and assist junior consultants while sharing best practices.
- Ensure functional teams adhere to standards, guidelines, and quality expectations.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or IT.
- Certification: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Finance / Supply chain).
- Professional Qualification: ACCA preferred.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in ERP consulting, with 2 full-cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementations.
- Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing modules.
- Able to independently manage ERP implementations with moderate to minimal supervision.
