Job Title: Student Experience Director

We are seeking an experienced and innovative professional to lead our student experience team. As a key member of our leadership, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall quality of the students' experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing Students: Develop services that support students in their academic and personal journey.
  • Providing Strategic Direction: Provide visionary leadership to foster a positive and inclusive campus culture.
  • Social and Cultural Support: Ensure students have access to resources and activities that promote their social, cultural, and recreational life.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with university departments and external organizations to understand student needs and preferences.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Lead projects that utilize data to monitor and evaluate student experience initiatives and make strategic recommendations.
  • Campus Life Initiatives: Respond to the academic needs of different programs and collaborate with faculty and staff to create engaging student experiences.
  • Team Leadership: Serve as a role model for students, manage the unit's budget, and ensure compliance with university policies.
  • Program Development: Provide leadership and accountability for non-academic student programs and experiences.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree with knowledge of higher education administration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusivity.
  • IT skills, including Microsoft Office and databases.
  • Previous experience managing high-volume workloads and leading teams.
