Software Development Project Lead

A Technical Project Manager oversees established initiatives, ensuring projects are completed to specification, within the allocated time frame and meeting client requirements.
Main Responsibilities:- Project Management: Provide top-down oversight throughout project execution to guarantee success according to scope, budget, and timeline standards.
- Comprehensive Planning: Develop project plans that merge client needs with company goals, coordinating various managers and technical personnel during all phases, from initial development through implementation.
- Progress Monitoring: Continuously monitor project progress and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
- Communication: Communicate proactively with involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
- Economic Analysis: Analyze project plan economics and provide actionable feedback relating to cost-benefit and return-on-investment standards.
- Modification Review: Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meetings with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.
- Team Leadership: Oversee and support analysis, design, and development of mobile and web application development projects.
- Methodology Implementation: Implement Agile-based methodologies to ensure quality delivery of projects within the allocated timeline.
- Talent Development: Manage and lead a team of software developers, SQAs, and designers.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field. A minimum of 6-12 years of software development work experience, including 3-4 years in a Project/Development Manager/Lead role, is required. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience of implementing at least one Agile Framework is also essential.
Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods is crucial. Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing rising talent in the technology department is highly valued. Additionally, experience working in an offshore software development environment and managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are desirable.
