About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and build email marketing campaigns using industry-leading tools.
  • Create standard graphics and layouts for promotional emails and newsletters.
  • Design mobile-responsive and engaging emails that drive conversions.
  • Develop automation workflows for lead nurturing, win-back, and onboarding processes.
  • Segment lists for targeted email campaigns and optimize performance metrics.
  • Analyze email performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience with campaign management and automation software.
  • Proficiency in graphic design using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent eye for layout, branding, and visual hierarchy.
  • Understanding of email best practices and deliverability techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • A/B testing and SMS marketing experience (a plus).
