Warehouse Operations Coordinator Role

The Warehouse Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities, including daily project operations and activities.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to interface with various teams and stakeholders. The incumbent will also be responsible for providing alternative solutions to operational issues and supporting documentation of all reports.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant warehousing experience at a multinational or reputable local logistics company.

We are looking for a strategic thinker with analytical skills, high achievement drive, and initiative who can contribute to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and control daily project operations & activities
  • Monitor operations to ensure timely completion of all activities
  • Provide alternative solutions to operational issues
  • Liaise with the Inventory team to define cycle count / stock take schedules
  • Control all inbound & outbound daily activities in coordination with the warehouse manager
  • Ensure stock accuracy reported to the warehouse manager matches physical stock
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant warehousing experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in a related field from a reputable institution
  • Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedures and policies
  • Ability to influence individuals and teams to achieve goals
  • Strong management, interpersonal, and communication skills
