About the Role:

The Onboarding Specialist crafts an exceptional new hire experience from offer acceptance through the initial 90-day integration period.

This role requires coordination, facilitation, and helping new employees seamlessly transition into the company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate New Hire Orientation sessions and prepare necessary materials.
  • Facilitate up to 20-40% of new hire orientation sessions covering company history, culture, values, and benefits.
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding workflow and initiate pre-employment processes.
  • Partner with hiring managers to provide a structured role-specific onboarding experience.
  • Administer check-in surveys and gather feedback to continually improve the onboarding journey.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, Talent Management, or administrative coordination roles.
  • Ability to present information clearly and confidently to groups.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a warm, welcoming demeanor.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points:

  • Associate's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with HRIS and/or Learning Management Systems.
