Job Summary:

Main Responsibilities:
Achieving Academic Excellence:
  1. Develop and implement strategies to promote evidence-based learning and teaching practices.
  2. Sustain high-quality teaching staff by implementing recruitment, development, and retention programs.
  3. Cultivate a collaborative atmosphere based on mutual respect, continuous learning, and professional growth.
Effective School Administration:
  1. Nurture strong relationships with the community to promote education and advocate for the school's mission.
  2. Maintain optimal student enrollment levels by developing targeted strategies.
  3. Coordinate staff hiring, performance management, and employee retention initiatives.
  4. Implement school discipline and character-building programs.
  5. Oversee administrative assistants and manage school finances effectively.
  6. Evaluate and ensure the maintenance of buildings and premises.
  7. Collaborate with senior officials to address matters related to school operations and policies.
  8. Adhere to established TCF policies and submit timely reports as required.
