Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Production Director to join our team at Dr. Frigz International. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the production process, ensuring that it is efficient and effective, and that high-quality products are produced.

Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production of products
Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties
Review activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement
Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary
Monitor businesses and agencies to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits
Oversee activities directly related to making products or providing services
Manage the movement of goods into and out of production facilities
Supervise and coordinate with all the departments of the company for effective & efficient performance
Discuss with the Chief Executive any major points, flaws, discrepancies and take corrective and preventive action
Carry out any other assignment assigned by the chief executive
Assist the chief executive in managing the company's administration
