We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Officer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing vendor payments, analyzing financial data, and maintaining accurate records.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent finance and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete daily sales reports and submit them to the supervisor on time
  • Assist the Finance Manager with account-related matters
  • Perform day-to-day bookkeeping, weekly lodgments, and analysis of payments
  • Reconcile accounts as required
  • Create and dispatch purchase orders and invoices
  • Schedule periodic follow-ups with customers and vendors via phone and email
  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks online
  • Familiarity with US-based tax laws
