About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Engineer with hands-on experience in Java (Spring Boot) and modern backend technologies to design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of architecture, design, and technical direction for large-scale projects ensuring solutions meet scalability, security, and business goals requirements.
  • Leadership of technical reviews and guaranteeing high-quality standards including company engineering practices (CI/CD, testing, security) across projects.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to align technology with business needs and influence technical decisions.
  • Mentorship and guidance of engineers at all levels promoting a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
  • Embracing a consulting mindset by identifying opportunities to enhance business processes through innovative technical solutions and acting as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders.
  • Effective communication of technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Point of contact for technical issues for specific work streams across multiple projects.

  • Strong technical skills and knowledge.
  • Ability to lead technical reviews and ensure high-quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in mentoring and guiding engineers.
  • Able to adapt to changing project requirements.
