Job Title: Financial Strategist

Overview:

We seek a highly experienced and qualified professional to oversee the company's financial and accounting operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the economic stability and growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to meet the company's financial goals.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and financial reports.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to senior management.
  • Manage the company's cash flow and ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors, suppliers, and employees.
  • Lead and manage the finance and accounting team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws.
  • Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support for decision-making.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to the senior management team and board of directors.

Qualifications:

  • FCA/FACCA/FCMA Qualified
  • 5 years as HOD
  • Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a technology, telecom, or construction company
  • Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

Location and Schedule:

Monday to Friday (09:00 AM to 06:00 PM) and Saturday (09:00 AM to 02:30 PM)

Compensation and Benefits:

Gross Salary: 300,000 - 450,000 + Gratuity + Health insurance and Yearly increments

This role requires a high level of expertise and experience in financial management. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective financial strategies, managing teams, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
