Operations Manager Role

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient inbound and outbound operations within our Distribution Center/Raw & Packaging (R&P) materials warehousing.

This role requires a strong leadership approach to manage a team and make informed decisions that impact daily business operations.

You will be working closely with transport representatives to coordinate vehicle availability and maintain efficiency.

  • Optimize staff utilization during shifts to achieve maximum productivity.
  • Ensure First Entry First Out (FEFO) status control while loading/offloading R&P materials.
  • Provide accurate traceability of R&P Materials/finished goods data as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Implement Good Warehouse Practices and our Food Safety Management System.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Engineering or relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Distribution/R&P Warehousing Operations in Supply Chain.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
