Deputy Manager (Civil Infrastructure Development) S1 Grade

Key Responsibilities:

  • To determine and control project performance by cost, time, and quality standards.
  • To plan, coordinate, and negotiate with contractors, engineers, architects, and vendors in all aspects of the construction process.
  • To evaluate market rates and bid prices for required work.
  • To schedule and implement projects based on established deadlines, ensuring timely completion.
  • To interpret and analyze soil investigation reports to inform construction decisions.
  • To enforce safety measures during construction, adhering to applicable rules and regulations.
  • To apply knowledge of quantity surveying to formulate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and verify invoices.
  • To conduct site visits for supervision and reporting purposes, ensuring alignment with HOD expectations.
  • To facilitate coordination with stakeholders to ensure smooth project completion.
  • B.E / M.E (Civil, Construction Management) degree holders with a minimum 6-7 years of relevant experience in construction, civil, or project management are eligible applicants.
  • Candidates should possess hands-on experience in site supervision, BOQ generation, quotation analysis, and team leadership.
  • A maximum age limit of 38 years applies to this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Project software.
