Job Details

We are currently recruiting for Belarusian interpreters and translators based in Rawalpindi/Islamabad to work within various settings such as healthcare, legal, educational, immigration & refugee services etc.

Established Translation Empire provides professional interpreting and translation services to both the government, public and private sectors across organizations around the globe. If you speak fluent English and Belarusian language, this could be the role for you.

The Role:
  • This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, fluency in two languages, and a strong passion for facilitating effective communication between diverse groups.

You will be responsible for listening to, understanding, and memorizing content in the source language, then reproducing the speech into the target language with 100% accuracy.

Responsibilities:
  • Interpret for people using legal, health and local government services
  • Check the non-English speakers understanding after each sentence
  • Conference, consecutive and public service interpreting
  • Dealing with highly confidential information
  • Liaise between the service user and service provider
Requirements
  • Fluent in English or another language
  • BS/MS Degree in English Language, Literature, English Language Teaching (ELT) or TESOL
  • Any other interpreting related qualification
  • Must hold an IELTS (International English Language Testing System) certificate with an overall band score of 6.5, including a minimum of 6.0 in each individual subtest (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking)
  • You will be required to sign and agree to a surety bond
  • You will be required to sign and agree to a Non-Disclosure Agreement
