Service Quality Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Quality Leader to oversee the performance of a team and ensure exceptional service standards for both local and international campaigns.

About the Role

This leadership position requires a senior-level professional with extensive experience in quality management, encompassing quality systems administration, engineering, and auditing. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of quality control principles and be able to develop effective monitoring protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining rigorous service standards across all operations
  • Developing and implementing quality monitoring systems
  • Fostering collaboration between operations teams to ensure seamless QA system operation
  • Providing accurate reporting and analysis to inform business decisions
  • Elevating QA team compliance and calibration through regular training and assessments
  • Leveraging strong leadership skills to drive team performance and excellence
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have:

  • More than 10 years of senior-level experience in quality management
  • A Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., quality assurance, business administration)
  • Proficiency in inspection and testing within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry
  • Extensive experience as a senior manager specializing in quality control/assurance, BPO/services operations, or equivalent
