This is a challenging opportunity to join an organization as a Head of IT Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring high-quality services, and implementing strategic initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee overall IT operations.
  • Design and implement IT strategies and infrastructure which aim to improve the overall quality and efficiency of the business growth of the organization.
  • Ensure compliance of regulatory requirements pertaining to the related area of supervision.
  • Identifies and eliminates IT security risks as and when appears.
  • Foster and drive innovation throughout the business.

Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

Key Skills:

  • SOUND understanding of computer systems, networks, security, databases, and storage systems.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks and projects.
  • SOUND working knowledge of different coding languages and security protocols.
  • Strongly possess a team-oriented approach.
  • Must have in-depth knowledge of the IT trends and applications being used within the industry.

Education and Experience:

Minimum Bachelors degree with emphasis on Computer Science.

Desirable Masters Degree and relevant IT and Management Certifications.

Minimum 10-15 years' experience in the field of IT, financial industry experience will be preferred.
