Job Title: Customer Support Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a talented professional to fill this exciting opportunity as a Customer Support Representative.

This role requires exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including email, phone, and in-person interactions.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and taking orders or canceling existing ones in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints, comments, and actions taken.
  3. Processing orders, forms, and applications with attention to detail and precision.
  4. Following up on customer requests to ensure satisfaction and strive for First Contact Resolution (FCR).
  5. Escalating unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated teams for further investigation and resolution.

In terms of qualifications, we are looking for individuals who possess:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
