Job Description:

The Operational Leader will play a critical role in driving business growth and success by developing and implementing effective strategies and best practices. This individual will be responsible for creating plans, offering insights on new tools and technologies, and exploring new target markets to enhance customer interactions and ensure compliance with regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and improving organization business operations, including policies, processes, SLAs, and action plans.
  • Creating and implementing strategies with senior management to drive business growth.
  • Enhancing customer experience through quality assurance, compliance, and regulatory obligations.
  • Leading and coordinating the business operations team to create motivated and engaged colleagues.
  • Managing day-to-day performance of the business operations to deliver exceptional service and meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Applying best practice to develop continuous improvement plans and make recommendations based on employee and customer insight.
  • Acting as a change agent to implement market best practices efficiently.
  • Conducting effective resource planning to maximize productivity and adjust operational targets to promote profitability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Experience as a head of operations or in a similar role.
  • Solid knowledge of data analytics and strong mathematical literacy.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership qualities.
