IT Infrastructure Manager

As a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our servers, networks, and systems.
This is a full-time position that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
The ideal candidate will have experience with server administration, network infrastructure, and system security. Proficiency in server operating systems such as Windows Server, Linux/Unix, and virtualization technologies like VMware and Hyper-V is also required.
We are seeking someone who can analyze complex technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential for this role.
The selected candidate will be responsible for installing and configuring software, hardware, and networks. They will also ensure IT infrastructure security and efficiency, monitor system performance, and maintain systems according to requirements.
In addition to technical expertise, we value teamwork and collaboration. Our ideal candidate will be able to work effectively with team members and stakeholders, communicate technical information to non-technical staff, and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies.
To be successful in this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, and at least 1 year of experience as a Server Administrator or similar role. Relevant certifications like MCSE, RHCE, or CCNA are a plus.

- Identify system requirements and install upgrades
- Maintain, secure, and upgrade web systems
- Create and monitor backups to safeguard data
- Perform account setup for new employees
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and implement them in the organization
- Manage network servers and technology tools
- Set up user accounts and workstations
- Implement security measures through access controls, backups, and firewalls
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models
- Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
- Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies
