Job Description:

• Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities to ensure high-quality dishes are served to customers.
• Create new menu items that meet customer demands and preferences.
• Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs to maintain profitability.
• Supervise kitchen staff's activities to ensure efficient workflow and teamwork.
• Perform administrative duties such as ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining records.

• Proven working experience as a head chef in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent record of kitchen management and leadership skills.
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently to minimize downtime and losses.
• Capable of delegating multiple tasks to team members effectively.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to motivate and guide the team.
• Keep up with cooking trends and best practices to stay ahead of competitors.
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS).
