Visual Content Creator

We're looking for a talented individual to conceptualize and develop eye-catching visual content that resonates with diverse audiences. This role involves creating compelling print and digital assets, including promotional flyers, web banners, social media posts, email templates, packaging designs, and trade show materials.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative visual content strategies to drive customer engagement and boost brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate business objectives into effective visual communication.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels while continuously evolving and enhancing the visual identity.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud software, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, to execute design work.
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Contribute to the overall marketing strategy by integrating design thinking into campaign planning and execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of professional design experience, preferably in a marketing or branding environment.
  • Proven portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative projects across print and digital media.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); video editing and animation experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of brand development, layout, typography, and colour theory.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • A creative mindset with attention to detail, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment and giving/receiving feedback constructively.
  • Familiarity with basic marketing principles, campaign planning, and customer-centric design approaches.

Additional Details:

  • The ideal candidate will have night shift flexibility following US CST (Full Time).
  • Office location: Off to Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS, Karachi
