Job Overview

As a Biomedical Equipment Specialist, you will be responsible for the maintenance and management of medical equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

  • Install, test, calibrate, and maintain biomedical and laboratory equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment and ensure proper documentation.
  • Provide technical support to clients including demonstrations and user training.
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance and quality control checks.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for equipment specifications and client requirements.
  • Prepare service reports and maintain equipment maintenance logs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated with the latest technological advancements in biomedical engineering.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team to meet client needs and project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have skills in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, proficiency in handling medical equipment and biomedical engineering tasks, experience in clinical engineering, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and within a team, and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
